Account Setup
Upon registering for an account in our online store, you will receive an email. You must click the link contained in the email to verify and activate your account. You will not be able to login until your account is activated.

Ordering
Online ordering is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week for residents of the contiguous (lower 48) United States.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries should call our Resource Center at (817) 447-7526 between 9a and 5p (Central, GMT -5), Monday through Friday.

Payment
Prepayment is required on all orders. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover for both online and telephone orders.

If you need to pay by check, you have two options:

  1. Pay when your order is delivered. Call our Resource Center at (817) HIS-PLAN (447-7526) and order C.O.D. When FedEx delivers your resources, you give them the check to return to us. A $7.50 fee applies.
  2. Mail your check and completed Order Form to:

Shipping
Most orders ship the same day we receive them. Online orders placed after 5p (Central) and on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

We ship to the contiguous (lower 48) United States via FedEx Ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or International Priority Mail.

Expedited shipping via FedEx Express is available within the United Stated and abroad at additional cost by calling the Resource Center at (817) 447-7526 between 9a and 5p (Central, GMT -5), Monday through Friday.

International Orders
Yes, we ship internationally. Please call our Resource Center at (817) 447-7426 between 9a and 5p (Central, GMT -5), Monday through Friday to place your order.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the dated nature of our resources, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Changes and Additions to Orders
Once your order is placed, we work very quickly to prepare it for shipment the same day. In order to insure your order is shipped accurately, we cannot accept changes or additions after your order is placed.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped in the State of Texas. Texas law allows tax-exempt organizations to submit a Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification in lieu of paying sales tax. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept that during an online order.

To receive a refund of sales tax on an online order, exempt organizations my fax a Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification to (817) 447-2309. Before faxing, please verify the form is signed and dated. (Note: A form must be submitted for each online order placed.)
